Too much play in the pin that attaches that holds the spindle to the bar on the tow dolly

The pin /allen flush mount/bolt it seems to be a problem I have experienced too much play with that flush mount pin that holds the spindle to bar. The last four dolly that I received there was a lot of play. Then over time it gets worse an it not about tightening it because they only tighten to a point then it is locked. But the beveled hole that the pin sets in is not drilled strait or something because it should not be like this then over time in use it gets worse and this should not be like this. The reason I’m telling bringing this to your attention is because if I didn’t, you guys probably won’t even realize it or no and as much money as they cost, this should not be like this so if you can give this some attention please, I would greatly appreciate it.
